With SERACYCLE® you are buying exactly the right sewing thread for resource-conscious sewing projects. The product is made from 100% environmentally friendly materials: sewing thread and spools are made from recycled plastic.
What exactly does that mean? We produce the thread from 100% post-consumer recycled, transparent PET bottles. The transparent bottles guarantee the highest ecological standards with the usual Mettler quality. Only recycled polystyrene is used for the spools.
The Oeko-Tex® certified thread can be used in several ways. Use the sewing thread on cotton, synthetics, blended fabrics, linen and silk - it is convincing for all types of fabrics and stitches. The reason for this is its core thread construction, which makes the sewing thread optimally abrasion-resistant, stretchable, tearproof and supple. Moreover, the thread is iron-proof, colorfast and does not shrink. Use this all-rounder not only for men's, women's and children's clothing, but also for sportswear, outdoor clothing, underwear and lingerie.
