Mettler is an international manufacturer of high-quality sewing threads. It all began in Switzerland back in 1883, when the Mettler brand was founded. Many years later, in Germany and as part of Amann Group, the sewing thread manufacturer established itself as a staple in the haberdashery world. Today, the company supplies more than 40 countries with high-quality sewing threads for a wide variety of applications:

As a long-standing member of the "Initiative Handarbeit e.V.", we would like to contribute to infecting even more people with a passion for needlework. The "Initiative Handarbeit" is an association in which the leading suppliers of the handicraft industry from Germany, Austria and Switzerland have united to network, promote and further develop the creative community with appealing inspirations, exciting campaigns and great events.
The initiative offers everything the creative heart desires: whether instructions on DIY trends, the latest techniques or tips for newcomers and experimenters - it is the place to go for anyone interested in knitting, sewing, crochet or embroidery.
