1. Data Protection as Principle

We are pleased that you visit our homepage and that you are interested in our products. We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Thus, we consider the compliance of the rules and regulations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPDR) as a matter of course.

In the following, this Data Protection Declaration informs you on categories, extent and purpose of the processing of your personal data when you access our website.

2. Personal Data

Personal data convey information for identification, e.g., name, address, phone number, mail address. It is not necessary to provide these data to use our websites. In the event we collect personal data by way of our contact form (e.g. name, address, mail-address), the provision of these data is voluntary. 4. Right on Information, Correction, Blocking or Deletion

You have the right to receive information on origin, further recipients, duration of storage and purpose of processing of your personal data free of charge at any time. 

Furthermore, you have the right to demand the correction, blocking or deletion of your data with the exception of data to be kept subject to other legal provisions or the conduct of orderly business. 

5. Automatically stored data on server log files

Upon usage of our internet presence, we and our hosting service provider respectively store the following access data according to Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in so called server log files:

  • the names of the websites you access
  • Referrer URL (the website visited before)
  • the browser and operating system you use
  • date and time of access
  • the search engine you use
  • data volume and name of downloaded files
  • and your IP address


We evaluate these data anonymously and for statistical reasons only to constantly improve our web presence and make it more attractive. 

6. Usage of Cookies

This website uses Google Maps to provide interactive maps and to describe directions. Google Maps is a service of Google Inc. By using Google Maps, information on usage of this website including your IP address and starting addresses mentioned in the route planner may be transmitted to Google in the USA. If you use Google Maps on our website, your browser will connect you directly with a Google server. The content of the map is transmitted directly to your browser and included in the website. Thus, we have no influence on the data volume collected by Google this way. To our knowledge, they collect at least the following data:

  • Date and time of your access to our website
  • IP address or URL of the accessed website
  • Your IP address
  • Start address as mentioned in the route planner


We have no influence and, thus, are not liable, for the further usage and processing of these data by Google.

10. Usage of Links to Social Media Platforms

Currently, we use links to the following social media platforms of our company: facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Flickr. 

For this, we use the so called “Double-Click-Method”. This means, when you access our website, no personal data are transferred to the providers of the social media platforms. 

Only if you click on the respective box or logo of the social media platform, and thereby activate it, the respective provider receives the information that you have accessed the respective website through our online presence. Additionally, the data specified in Art. 5 of this declaration are transmitted. According to facebook Germany, they will immediately anonymize the IP address. 

We are neither liable for data protection procedures nor the contents of the accessed social media platforms. However, their respective Data Protection Declarations can be accessed on their websites. 

11. Data Safety

As we are dedicated to constantly adjust our safety measures as well as data protection measures to the technological progress, we reserve the right to amend these measures and will, thus, also amend our Data Protection Declaration accordingly.
Our entire staff as well as all Third Parties being involved in data processing are obligated to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) as well as with the regulation for the protection of personal data.

This Data Protection Declarations does not cover websites you access by external links we provide on our websites. AMANN HANDEL is neither liable for the data protection measures nor the contents of these linked web sites. Please inform yourselves on the respective websites on their own Data Protection Declarations.

13. Right to Object, Withdrawal of Consent

At any time, you may object to our processing and usage of your personal data or you may withdraw your former consent to a future processing. To do so, please contact the responsible party mentioned in Art. 3 of this Declaration.
